Le Sablonnier is a 2 bedroom authentic stone built cottage, based in the centre of normandys Parc de natural. Boasting a beautiful oak beamed living room with a 13Kw Log burner, free sat TV, bluetooth Audio, extendable dinning table seats 8, Xbox, board games and enough dried logs for 3 nights worth of roaring fires.
All in all you will feel as far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take in the sounds of wild owls from the surrounding gardens.
Le Sablonnier truly offers an exclusive holiday, the moment you pass through the gates you are completely all alone. Once the gates shut it is for you and your family to enjoy just over 1 hectare of private land fully fenced surrounded by nothing but endless fields & wild woodland.
Woodland Gardens.
Our woodland gardens offer ample shade, sunny spots and lots of beautiful wild flower patches.
The kids can bounce the day away on the 13ft trampoline or play endless games of table tennis. Both of which are included in the base package.
All in all Le Sablonnier offers joy full days & very romantic evenings.
Outside catering.
Included in the base package is the four ringed gas BBQ, outside seating and lots of space for family time. Take a break from the fishing and fire up the grill.
The house grounds can be sealed off by the gates from the lake so you can relax worry free with peace of mind that young children cannot roam to the lake unaccompanied.
Need More Space?
If you need extra space for more guests then you can choose to add our optional extra 4 berthed fixed double bed caravan with full electrical hook up.
This is a huge benefit if two families are visiting.
