Every booking includes exclusive use of the house and the 2 acre lake for fishing.

The house sleeps 5 guests

Bedroom 1

- 1 Double with wardrobe & 2 bedside cabinets, sleeping 2 persons

Bedroom 2

-  1 Bunkbed, 1 Single bed with wardrobe & bedside cabinet, sleeping 3 persons

But if more accommodation is needed then full use of the caravan can be provided at a small cost, sleeping 4 people.

The lake has ample room for 3 guests to fish 3 rods each.

Holidays run on a weekly basis, Saturday - Saturday. We ask you please arrive no earlier than 14:00 and depart by 10:00.

- Exclusive use is £1000

- Caravan with full electrical hook up £100

- Motorhome Hookup use £40

- Refundable house cash damage deposit £150
