We have tried to keep our rules to a minimum so you can enjoy your stay and fish the way you want.

You will be asked to leave if the rules below are not kept too.

Lake Rules

1. No removal of fish
2. No Nets, mats or slings to be brought on to the Property. These are provided for you.
3. No open fires
4. No Swimming
5. No use of the rowing boat
6. Please dont over feed, use common sense
7. Do not tamper with the aerator or pellet feeder
8. Do not wonder onto the surrounding fields, these are working farms
9. No fixed rigs
10. Please don't dump unused bait into the lake at the end of your week
11. Please use the fish care provided on all hook holds
12. No excessive alcohol around the lake

House Rules

1. Please do not leave the house fire unattended
2. Please do not remove furniture from the house
3. Please do not take garden furniture to the lake
4. Please clean the BBQ after each use
5. No open fires
6. Please clean all kitchen utensils after use
7. Please report any issues promptly on the telephone number provided on your booking confirmation
